What to know about Zasper AI services, costs, software and working together.

Services and human review
What can Zasper AI help with?
Zasper AI offers workflow assessment, setup for one defined workflow, and practical AI coaching for owners and small teams. Possible starting points include inquiries, estimate follow-up, everyday administration and seller tasks. The first step is to understand the work and check what is feasible.
Do I need to know which AI tool to use?
No. Bring a repeated task, the process you follow today and the result you want. The options, fit and limitations can be discussed before choosing an approach. A simpler checklist or ordinary rule may be the right answer.
What happens when AI gets something wrong?
Agree which outputs need approval before they are used. Keep source information available, test ordinary cases and exceptions, and route unclear requests to a person. Human review and handoff responsibilities are part of the workflow agreed before setup.
Can you help with an AI receptionist or website chatbot?
An AI receptionist or chatbot can be evaluated around approved FAQs, message-taking and handoff rules. Compatibility, permissions, recurring costs and limitations need checking before a setup is agreed. A listed example is not a promise that every software connection is available.
Pricing and software
What does a project cost?
Projects are scoped individually. The deliverables, project price and separate software costs are agreed before work begins. Scope can depend on the task, tools, connections, testing, training, handover and any agreed support.
Are software subscriptions and usage charges included?
Discuss software subscriptions separately from the project price. Agree which tools are required, whose accounts will be used and who pays each vendor. Any per-call, message or AI-usage charges, and any support or later changes, should be covered in the agreed scope and costs.
Will it work with my existing software?
That depends on the system, available connections, data formats, account permissions and the task. Those details are checked before agreeing to an implementation. Some systems may need an export, another subscription or a manual step.
Getting started
Do you work remotely or visit local businesses?
Zasper AI is based in Spartanburg, South Carolina and works primarily online. Visits to local clients' businesses can be arranged. The working format is agreed before the project begins.
What should I bring to the first conversation?
Choose one repeated task. Explain what triggers it, the steps you follow, the tools involved, where work gets stuck and what a useful improvement would look like. A made-up or redacted example is enough to start. You do not need to send customer records, credentials or confidential documents to begin discussing the task.
How do I get started?
Use the short workflow questionnaire to describe the task. Booking a call afterward is optional. You can also send Russ a question through the contact options. A technical plan is not required; feasibility, scope, price and any access needed can be discussed before setup.
How will we know whether a workflow helps?
Choose a useful measure before setup, such as time spent on a repeated task, completed follow-ups or drafts that need correction. Compare the same task and measure afterward. Results depend on the workflow, source information and how the team uses it.

Have a different question?
Tell Russ about the task and the tools you use. Start with a made-up or redacted example.
