This policy covers the Zasper AI website, requests for free prompt-builder access, and inquiries to Russ Johnson.

Access requests and email

The signup form requests your email address and permission to receive your access link and a five-part series of practical AI tips and Zasper AI consulting offers. GoHighLevel processes the form, contact record, consent and email delivery.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe through the link included in marketing emails, or ask us to stop. To request access, correction or deletion of information you provided, email russ@zasperai.com. We retain information while it is needed to fulfill your request and maintain the relationship, unless deletion is requested or retention is otherwise required.

Prompt-builder details

The builder helps you assemble prompts from the details you choose to provide. Avoid entering passwords, payment details, or private customer information. If you copy a prompt into an external AI platform, that platform handles the information under its own terms and policies.

Consultation bookings and other services

Our booking page embeds Calendly, and direct calendar links open Calendly. Calendly handles scheduling information under its own privacy policy. Its calendar can load even when optional website analytics is declined. Hosting providers process technical information needed to serve the website. External social links are governed by those services’ own policies.

Optional website analytics

If you select Allow analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits, selected link clicks, access-confirmation views, and completed appointments made through our embedded calendar. Analytics stays off until you opt in. You can decline analytics or change your choice using the button below. We disable advertising features and do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form answers, prompt-builder content, or booking details to Analytics. Page addresses are recorded without query strings or fragments.

Change analytics preferences

Google processes technical usage information, including device and browser information, under its privacy policy. Reports cover measured visitors and may omit people who decline tracking or use blockers. A booking-link click is not a completed appointment, and an access-confirmation view is not our authoritative subscriber count; we verify actual submissions in GoHighLevel.
