Before you commit.

  1. Talk through the task

Use a 30-minute conversation to explain the current process and the result you would like. No technical plan is needed.

  2. Check feasibility and scope

Identify software limitations, access requirements and whether the work is suitable. Agree the project deliverables and boundaries.

  3. Review the quote

Confirm the project price, any recurring or usage charges, the intended timing, testing, handover and support before setup starts.

A useful result needs an agreed measure.

Possible measures include time spent per task, completion of planned follow-ups, or the number of drafts that need correction. Establish the baseline first and compare the same task afterward. Savings and results depend on your workflow, information and how the team uses it.

The free Prompt Builder remains available if you prefer to try a task yourself. Your chosen AI tool may have its own fees or limits.
