FOR OWNER-LED LOCAL SERVICE BUSINESSES

Make the next step
easier to follow through.

Plumbers, HVAC teams, roofers, electricians, repair shops, and other service businesses can start with one of these practical workflows.

01 / INQUIRIES

Give new leads a clear next step.

Explore a workflow that organizes inquiries, gathers the right details, and prepares a useful reply for your team to review.

02 / FOLLOW-UP

Keep estimates from getting forgotten.

Plan follow-up around your sales process, with agreed timing, approved messages, and a clear point for you to take over.

03 / EVERYDAY ADMIN

Make repeat work easier to handle.

Turn recurring notes, customer questions, and scattered information into draft replies, checklists, and organized records.

Need help with calls or website chat?

We can evaluate an AI receptionist or chatbot around your approved FAQs, message-taking, and handoff rules. Compatibility, permissions, recurring costs, and limits are checked before a setup is agreed.

FOR ONLINE SELLERS

Less scattered information.
A clearer operating routine.

Product and listing drafts

Organize product facts, clean up catalog information, and prepare listing copy. Check specifications and marketplace rules before publishing.

Customer-service drafts

Build useful starting points for recurring questions and order updates using your policies. You review and approve the response.

Reports and checklists

Bring exports into a clearer inventory or business report and document repeat steps. Keep source figures available and financial decisions with you.

Possible project areas, not a claim of existing integrations with your marketplace or software. We'll check what's feasible first.

A CLEAR SCOPE. A PRACTICAL HANDOVER.

Start with one workflow.
Know what changed.

  1. 01

    Choose the bottleneck.

Walk through the work as it happens today. Agree on the task, the people involved, and what a useful result looks like.

  2. 02

    Agree, build, and check.

Confirm scope, price, software costs, and access before work begins. Test real examples and decide what needs human review.

  3. 03

    Learn it. Measure it.

Get a walkthrough and practical instructions. Compare agreed measures before and after, such as time per task or follow-up completion.

Each project is scoped to your tools and requirements. Results depend on the workflow, data, and how your team uses it.

SETUP IS ONLY PART OF IT

Know how it works.
Know when to step in.

Practice with your work

Learn to write useful instructions, spot missing information, and check AI output using examples that matter to your business.

Keep people in control

Agree which steps can run on rules and which require approval. Route unclear requests and exceptions to a person.

BEFORE WE START

A few practical questions.

Do you work online or visit local businesses?

Zasper AI is based in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Work is primarily online, with visits to local clients' businesses by arrangement. We'll agree on the format before the project begins.

What should I bring to our first conversation?

Pick one repeated task. Explain how you handle it today, which tools you use, and what a useful improvement would look like. A made-up or redacted example is enough to start; we can discuss any access needed before setup.

What happens when AI gets something wrong?

Decide which outputs need approval before they are used. Keep source information available, test ordinary cases and exceptions, and send unclear requests to a person. Human review is part of the workflow we agree on.

Do I need to know which AI tool to use?

No. Bring the task, the current process, and the result you want. We'll discuss the options and check feasibility.

What does a project cost?

Work is scoped individually. We'll agree on the project price and discuss any software subscriptions, usage charges, and ongoing support before you commit.

Will it work with my existing software?

That depends on the system, available connections, permissions, and the task. We'll check those before agreeing on an implementation.

How will we know whether it helps?

Choose a useful measure before setup, such as time per repeated task or completed follow-ups. Test on real examples and compare the same measure afterward.
